I am now after a year having my first problem with servage. I purchased a domain that dropped which is already in there system on another account and they will not let me add it to my account. They said I need permission from the original owner even though I have the domain.

How can I contact the ownerÉ

    1. Ask them if they can forward your email to ex owner of that domain name? Since they probably have contact address... and will probably not provide you with, but maybe they could forward one email from you to ex owner.
    2. Check old whois info of your new domain name. I know that domaintools.com keeps record of such stuff, though it is not free, I believe they charge for that service, and it may happen that old whois info was fake, or hidden, so it may happen that you won't find what you are looking for there... but it may happen you DO find
    3. Host that site on another server (with another company)?

Oh and one more thing... check archive.org , they have that wayback machine, so type your domain name there, and check what will it show you back. Maybe on some previous versions of site there was a contact email on the site page? Just a maybe...

They pretty much told me to screw off. They said it is not possible to contact him. That is bullshit.
