First Post - I need help setting up e-card system for my site

Hi all - love this forum - this is my first posting - i am looking to set-up an e-card system for visitors to get some promo rolling for a new glamour site - e-cards will be babe pics basically - how do I do this? any help/advice appreciated - this is all new to me - I am not much more than noob-experienced with programming - I hope to learn a lot more from this forum about promotion and such - thanks!
