I don't think it should be possible for people to give rep anonymously.

I give greens - VERY rarely reds - plus I have signed any reds I gave.

Poor Crazy Rob - he says like 3 words in each post, and went out on a limb and wrote 2 sentances ...got him negged heh - I've positived most everybody as I found a post aprticularly helpful or witty - now I can't rep anyone - I keep getting "Must spread rep..." - guess I need to chill out on the Repping

I got a anonymous red on my second post! Sure puts a damper on posting and contributing. Still, onward and upward as they say.

I really would hate to be kicked out of here because the insights and experiences of others are immensely valuable and generously given. I just wish I'd been aware of this forum sooner.

 

One of my threads was moved and I got 3 negative points . Do you guys think which method is more effective to turn the green box into red? posting non-sense and being rude, or keep posting to the wrong forums?

 

We all get reds. Just a part of being a DP community. Complaining about it will make things worse though.

 

And you think you have problems with red reps...

I essentialy pissed off everyone on the forum for a month. I know that a couple people gave me 6 regatives. I eventually lost my sig because I fell below negative 20 or something.

I once had some drive by spammer PM me in desperation as his rep was dangerously close to getting him 'banned' I guess - how many negs does it take to ban someone..?

please don't test it out on me - I need all the positives I can get

 

Reputation has nothing to do with banning so no need to worry

What does rep effect..? obviously it can limit your sig, and live links at some level...anything else..?

 

Apart from the sig and live link it can seriously effect Your online street cred, y0!
