First Month with adsense, ive made a little over 200 bucks ...and im not happy

on one hand The money paid for my hosting and domain so im not really mad. im just a little disappointed becase i though i wouldve made a whole lot more . the traffic i get i thought i would easily get 50 dollars a day , and with some tuning reach 100 dollars . this was a nice reality check that inspired me to work 100% harder. ill work to get my ctr above 1% im sure if i crack 1% or even more ill do great so im going to take everything up a notch for feb . btw how did you do this month

getting $200 on the first month you've rolled with adsense is not that bad.

Its a killer good start. Maybe you should take a look at the 99% of people who cried about getting $2 on the first month.

Yup a lot of people don't even get $200 a month... so you should be happy with it.

 

Shoot...$200 for your first month is damn good.

I've been running Adsense on various sites for 6 months now and I haven't made $200.

My sites were all new, without much traffic, but if you have a good site, with decent traffic, $200 for your first month should be a no brainer.

I'd like to see the site too if you don't mind sharing.

lolz..i got $1.30 for the whole year of 2007 you should be thankful. or if it disappoints you better sell your website to me it would be a good investment. ..hahahaha

 

i have got 90 bucks in 1st month but ctr is very low only 0.37

i did make $50 first month and i will say you are at good earning stage.

 

200$ is a nice chunk of change to me... First month of adsense with me I got like 15$ and some odd change... Not a lot lol

By the way for the OP (probably will not remember this thread) $200 is a great amount for the first month.

99.9% will not make this amount in the initial months.

I think I made $24 my first month. I would have been thrilled with $200 in my first month!

 

This is very good for first month. For me it is very hard to make $1 a day in my new website ^_^
