And probably first post ever that wasn't a question. I'm old by tech standards now, 37. Watched the tech world pass me by as I worked in a dead end industry. I just got another job in...the same dead end industry and I'm dreading it. I am terrified that I will hate it the second I walk through the door. So I've decided to take the next 2 weeks that I have off and go crazy. Over the course of many moons, I have collected 30+ domains and a multitude of ideas. I've read blog after blog, after article after article. I have words oozing out of my ears that I've never heard before. Frankly, the whole thing is very intimidating, but exciting! I’m going to do my best to contribute to these forums, hoping I can give as much as has been given to me. Feels like there is a lifetime of education on these forums and a few more that I visit. But the time has come to join a community and start reaching out to the resources that make the internet great. Ell
