Damn, posted the same thread wice without thinking to two different forums because I wasn't really sure which it belonged. Moral of the story... read the (insert word of choice) regs more carefully.
All I did was report the duplicate threads he was starting...I imagine he had a lot more posts we never saw but Mods quickly took care of
I used no bad word. And yes it was only one duplication. What got me banned apparently was spamming. Not bad when I've only posted 4 threads of my own. But nice to know people have enough of a life that they are so quick to jump on people new to the site rather than maybe messaging the person to point out something before jumping all over them. Ah well.
Could say the same... but neither here nor there really. Besides the spamming infraction got reversed so kinda endorses my view that just maybe people are a little quick off the mark to damn people, rather than being grown up about it. We all make mistakes, especially when new to sites, it's much more helpful to point it out to the person in question than running to 'mummy' so to speak... or resorting to name calling. Get a life indeed.
well he is back again.... can excuse the no of post are too less to be harsh on him. better warn him so that he do not repeate the same again..
Frankly, I'm glad the mods are getting tougher with infractions. We'll see the number of negative and/or useless posts go down. The rest will be easier to sort through and glean the important info we are all on this forum for. Case in point -- I got an infraction recently for "thanks..." posting in the directory submission threads. As I thought about it, I realized that the "thanks" posts are essentially useless and just clutter up DP. Keep it up, mods.
