First image in search result = nice traffic :D

    Well, I built a site for school about Salvador Dali (a painter), that had a few pages and an art gallery and just left it on the web. Now I'm surprised to see the site got 1000 uniques last month, and already 75 this month! Considering its a school project, I think its a success.


    Anyone else ever have an experience like this?

    great work on your school project, when i was 18 i had a similiar school project, i never broke the record of 800 visitors (stumble upon trafic :p)

    Its really some good volume of traffic you are getting from images.
    BTW, are you getting those traffic for a single image?

    but i think it is a school web so it is Ok

    Ok update here, looks pretty crazy now. This month I've already had over 1000 uniques, my average visitors per day is:
    232.67

    Would it be a good idea to now monetize the site?
