First Earnings From New Forum!

    Ive put adsense on my fairly new forum. My earnings are now averaging 1c a day from impressions! Woohoo! Lets go shopping! :rolleyes:

    Gotta laugh, its a start :)

    You're right - you have to start somewhere! And $0.01 per day is the lowest you can go, so things will only go up from there. :)

    I would definitely suggest placing your AdSense in better areas though - they are not likely to be clicked in your footer.

    I think that is the worts place for the ads :( Try different places, between categories or even try to make them seem as part of the design as much as possible.

    Yeah blend them in with the design. If you have a green background, use a green background on the ads as well. Good luck :)

    Not true. I earn 0$ alot. although i have tons of traffic. and that i the lowest you can go ;)

    Im not trying to get clicks at the moment, I was just wondering how many impressions I get. When I change it over to VB Ill be putting the ads in a better spot. :)

    though forums have very low ctr, but with some blending and placement, you can increase it a bit.

    Good luck with that, starting sth is much better than not starting it. ;)

    I did not like the placement either. You may try different placements and colors.
