    1) Not sure... but I know Cricket is huge in some countries (India being one of them).

    2) Develop it.

first thing to do will be to develop a site for sure. for now, once the site is up, you can put adsense codes. then depending on traffic and their needs, you can think of some other ways to monetize it. idea is to make a site popular and get traffic. you can monetize it different ways if you have traffic

You should always have an idea in mind for what the site will do before purchasing the domain. :) Nonetheless, a blog or directory would do Ok at a domain like that.

You've got the right idea, a good generic domain name with popular keywords which all make fluid sense and appear in the right order.

    Scale of 1-10, a 7.5 - 8 points scored.

Develop it for sure. Go to XSitePro.com or EZGenerator.com - the first one is likely the best option out of those two.

As I said to someone else just now, you need to think about maybe monetising the web site you are about to make and publish on the net with this domain name.

Aim to receive at least $5 daily minimum from your web site. Do the sums. Times this by 365 days in the year, will give you your per annum turnover, then multiply this, by buying further decent names similar to the above model i.e. IndianCricketSchools.com

Use this site as your test bed, tweak it, get it working absolutely spot on, know what works and what doesn't work, spend a bit of time with it, getting it just so, perfect in your eyes, when you reach that stage, understand as much as you can all the processes at work.

You are then ready to take perhaps the next step to further enhance your domain portfolio by buying another name, or two or three, repeat your working system, ad infinitum.

Eventually, you might just have let's say 100 domain names and web sites, each monetised with Adsense or similar, each earning a minimum of $5 daily x 365 days per year.

Do the sums and be pleasantly surprised at how easy you could do this for yourself if you put in the dedication and time and use your noddle.

Check out my other latest post today to someone else here, for further tips.

    All the best to you!

    Happy to help.

If this is your first site then I definitely wouldn't shell-out for any new software such as XSitePro, especially if it's only selling points are a load of hype or freely available elsewhere on the net.

Definitely try wordpress or something similar. It's free and helps beginners find their feet without having to wait months or even years to see the results.

If you are going to pay for web development software do some thorough research before handing over your hard-earned cash.

For a first site I would start a blog if I was interested in the subject, update it regularly (daily is the best), get links to and from other blogs with related content, track how many visitors are coming, whether they are clicking on ads, etc. See how you are ranked in search engines, how many people are finding your blog through search engines, etc. This will give you a good sense of the basics of domain development, and what's more, at the end of the day, hopefully you will have a successful site you can use to link to other sites you want to develop or sell if you go that route.
