Nice looking site ....like the grass on the sides. Good luck with it. As far as google ad placement it is best to test different areas of site to see where you get highest CTR.

    Great placement!

I would only recommend changing the link color of the ads to match the blue links on your web page...That will really work well for ya!

you need to move your ad block up if you want to have more clicks. A lot of people won't bother to scroll down to where the ads are before exiting your site.

Is there anyway we can choose what advertisers we want there and not just what google puts up?

Instead of 2 180 blocks, try to get a 250ad unit fit in there, that will help a lot better then the present layout.

To me they don't look appealing to click on them. I would disagree with the placement. But, I don't know where else would be better, definatly further up in the page - that's for sure.

But I don't think they blend as good as they could do, try some different colours too. Hope this advice helped, but as I said, it's only what I think :).

Move your ads up 'above the fold' so they are visible without scrolling. I'd move the Member Login down and put an ad unit above it. You could also put a narrow rectangular link-unit underneath your navigation-bar.
