Thanks! That was kind of you. However, it seems that I'm being ignored. No-one's responding to my question.

    Trypp, I would appreciate a response. :)

Sorry. I'm not ignoring. I'm actually on vacation right now and trying to stay away from the computer. Your order seems to be ok. This is the order I usually try to stick to:

    test different landing pages
    test different ad positions
    test different offers

It just makes more sense to test different ad positions on the current offers you are testing on before testing new offers. I also try to target ad position 3-4 during my testing phase since the cpc won't kill me in testing. After it performs and my quality score increases, I am able to bump up a couple positions, unless the ad just isn't working for me of course. Then I try to alter the copy of the ad. I find the headline and the first line of text in the ad are the most important. Throw the advantages of the product in the first line(Free, Cheap, Join For Free, 20 Million Members) and so on. The first line can be tricky. This is the most important to me. I think the first line is just as, if not more, important than the headline. Some people might disagree, but if you throw advantages into the headline, you may receive unwanted clicks that will rack up a nice bill and leave you in the red. The second line is pretty simple. It's the closing of the sale. After placing what you are selling or advertising in the headline, the advantages of the offer in the first line, try to close the deal in the second. Some examples of a second line might be (Our Services Are Free!, Amazing Rates, All Credit Accepted!). Hope this helps some. It's pretty much how I write my ads, and my ROI is pretty good.

    Thanks, Trypp! Great Response. ;)

The order you follow is interesting, though somewhat different to mine. I launch with a relatively low bid so as to increase my likelihood of at least breaking even. After collecting some data (which takes a few weeks), I swap landing pages and offers, depending on the visitors' behaviours on my landing page and the offer types which received the highest CTR. I keep doing this until I find the landing page and offers which produce the highest CTR and ROI. Having done so, I start testing different ad positions by gradually increasing my bid. The order I follow is therefore this:

    1) Test different landing pages and offers
    2) Test different ad positions

I never test ad positions lower than the position in which I start. Maybe I should.

The order you follow seems more logical. By swapping both landing pages and offers at the same time, I make a huge mistake, as I can't tell which change made the difference. How stupid of me! What I'm going to do is adopt your method but swap the order a little. Tell me if you think this makes sense . . .

First, I'm going to launch with a low bid (for reasons explained above), at about Position Three or Four, and collect some data. Every few weeks, I'm going to swap landing pages, until I find the winner. Having done so, I'm going to start testing different offers. And once I identify the best offers, I'm going to test different ad positions. The order that I'm going to follow will therefore look like this:

    1) Test different landing pages
    2) Test different offers
    3) Test different ad positions

I chose to test the landing pages first because they have the largest impact on conversions. With a great landing page, you can convert even the most poor of offers. I chose to test the offers second because they have more impact on conversions than ad position. The difference between the profiles of the prospects who click between positions one and four weighs less than the impact that different offers can have on conversions. And I chose to test different ad positions last because, apart from having the least impact on conversions, I will have generated, by that time, a better idea as to which keywords' bids to raise, having left the campaign to collect data and identified the keywords with potential.

    Does that sound logical?

    Hey Trypp,

How's your dating campaign near holiday season?
Are they increasing, declining, or stabilize?
    Thanks

Not sure why you might think the pages are just full of images. You add content to landing pages that is relevant to your keywords. PM replied to :)

That sounds very logical. I will give a little more input later. I just got home from a 1200 mile drive and can't seem to think straight. From what I have read, it seems like you are on the right track.
