Fireworks, I just wanted a pop-up animation :(

So i’m designing a webpage for one of my classes and I decided to add an animation into it, so that when you open the page this little thing pops up. However in order to do this I need to create 7 frames for your page. So if I want to change one thing about the page I have to go through all 7 frames and make the change one by one. This wasn’t such a problem but when I tried to add a rollover action on my button it insisted that the roll over action was specific to the first 2 frames. This is annoying cause when I open my page its goes through all the frames and ends on frame 7. I’m wondering if there’s a way to compress my pop up animation to one frame? Any help would be much appreciated.
