    Why are you selling this site?
    I have several sites and domains that have been sitting. I am in another line of work now and do not have time to manage them.

    How is it monetized?
    The site sells a PDF guide on fireplace design. It also has Adsense ads

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    no

    How much time does this site take to run?
    not sure

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Site has been sitting the last few years. Assume little to no traffic/revenue. Domain is due for renewal soon at GoDaddy. I will give them winning bidder the cpanel info and they will be responsible for the transfer to new. hosting.

    It makes a little off Adsense. I don't know if the ebook is set up to sell right now. This has been sitting for a few years.
