I found most of my visitors(84%) use Firefox instead of IE(3%). That's amazing. So I'll focus my design on Firefox. How about your sites?
My new site www.hotcoding.com is about software and web design. Maybe many tech related people dislike IE. But still I got surprised by Firefox's percentage.
For a completely non-tech site of mine, the past week has been 80.61% IE (20% IE7, 80% IE6) versus 13.49% FF.
Here are my stats as reported for one month from yesterday, according to ganalytics. My site is related to health insurance so the users are mostly 30+ with many even older. My site has received about 1k users from social networking last month due to link bait i launched, so this is a bit distorted. 1. Internet Explorer 9,593 - 83.49% 2. Firefox 1,566 - 13.63% 3. Safari 223 - 1.94% 4. Opera 67 - 0.58%
my site with global visitors from 200+ countries monthly has: 21% Firefox 63% IE ffx steadily increasing since ffx exists
