I use Fire ,but only because IE 6 is just very old and lacks many features .

The second IE7 hits gold , I am switching .
Firefox takes frigging 200MB of mem .

I may start using IE7, firefox takes up wayy too much memory. I just don;t know what I would do without the web developer toolbar, adsense checker, and all the other extensions I use.

IE7 apparently uses just as much memory as FF in the new release.

ok, ive just installed IE7.....and its the biggest pile of ______ ever.
everything is locked so you cant customize at all. You cant even have the menu bar where it's meant to be because the address bar it there.
its also snuck in a search bar...which you cant get rid of. And it has crappy tabs, which you also can get rid of.
    Im so dissapointed.

I use both Firefox / IE6/ IE7 but Firefox is going to get retired once IE7 is released as I am very tried of the slowness and huge memory leaks it has. Firefox has taken a max of 400mb of ram on my machine.

I prefer firefox...It does as some others have already mentioned seems to crash more than IE. However, it seems like when they come out with a version it will crash but then they fix it quickly with the next update version. Also, you can get an extention that if it does crash it will load up what you had when it crashed...so it just takes a second to click on firefox again and bam your are right back up where you were. However with IE...if it does crash...SOL!

Also, I've never had any problems with firefox loading actual pages slow...but once again, they have an extention for firefox so that you can tweak it and speed it up.

If you just took the two browsers out of the box so to say. I would have to say that Microsft kills Mozilla, but any problems you have with firefox can easily be fixed with some type of extention out there! And I think that is what makes it such and great browser and so loved by everyone!

    Just my 2 cents! ;)

    FireFox :)

I just feel safer using it.

They tend to fix any bugs quicker than Microsoft also.

    Opera ;)

Switched 2 or 3 years ago and never looked back. Only time I open Firefox or IE is to check rendering on a new page.

Tried Opera... just cant stand it when a browser tries to do everything, I didn't like the way it felt

While IE7 is a huge improvement over IE6 it still doesnt compare to Firefox.

    Firefox all the way :)
