If you are an Seo, you need to open more than 1 site at a time, for that purpose Firefox is best.

But, if you want to just surf than any Browser can work.

But overall, in terms of use and flexibility FireFox is much better than any other browser till today.

Firefox has some negative memory issues but it is improving. There are tones of plugins (addons) to make your life easier and safer.
For instance, Firefox does not support the ActiveX technology and in combination with the "no script" plugin, you are much safer than you would be with internet expolorer.

Firefox is the fast, secure & standard browser which i have ever felt. No compromise on that.

And see some other reasons to Mozilla Firefox:

    1. Customization with Plugins and Extensions
    2. Free and Open
    3. Easy to Use
    4. Cleaner Interface
    5. Originality
    6. Following Web Standards

I really want to use IE. It crashes within 10 minutes of use, even on a fresh install of Windows 7. It is also the one browser that changes my code and needs to be adjusted just for IE. I want to love IE but it is a hassle.

Firefox is certainly better than IE. I have seen that IE hangs whenever i try to open sites with lots of multimedia content in it. It is also very slow and poor in handling pop-up ads. But, one problem i found with firefox is that, if ur connection gets broken after using 4 some time, then it is very difficult to open a site when the net connection is reconnected. I don't know y this is so. Can anyone help me?

Firefox is definitely better than Internet Explorer. Better security, better stability, a better, cleaner interface, extensions, themes and personas, and it renders sites well.

Both of these browsers have their own respective appeal and deciding which one may be right for you can prove to be a daunting task. This article attempts to make things a little easier for you when decision time arrives.

Being open-source coded provides lots of advantages for Firefox, because it gives developers the chance of coding new plugins for the browser, and we all know about this plugins, how they work, how high distances they create between Firefox and Microsoft's IE.
    Finally,
    Firefox really kicks ass.
