I wonder if Google Pack and Firefox referrals could negatively effect page impressions or CTR? There was a thread a while back here where Google actually replied to someone asking this question and seemed to agree that there were some problems. Did anyone notice that adding any of the Google referral programs to your site negatively affected your earnings in any way?
