firefox referral problem

I am having 30-40 clicks in adsense's picasa referral program, but no conversion and no sign-ups till now. What is wrong?

I even asked my friend to download it and install it(although not legal) , but still 0 conversion, what is wrong?

On adsense website
"Please note that in order for your referral to be successful and result in a conversion, the user you refer must sign up directly through your referral button or link. If the user you've referred does not sign up or download a product directly through your referral button, we will be unable to track the referral and you will not receive credit."

what is the meaning of signup?

 

I'm pretty sure that Picasa referral is a scam and you just proved it. The first day I had over 200 clicks on Picasa without a single conversion. It's a load of BS.

 

It's not a scam.. a decent percentage of my picasa clicks convert. .. The GooglePack referral is a different story!

 

I'm not seeing conversion either. I can't believe that many people are looking at it and not installing it... how can they not? it has FREE!!! stamped all over it!

 

One Picasa click, one conversion, and I got $1.00

 

With thousands of software available, what would you expect?? Everyone's using the same ??

 

Maybe the person who clicked on the firefox refferal already had firefox running???

That's the title of this thread! but then the OP complains about Picasa in the post.. so it's a bit confusing.

 

Oh, ha ha. I thought I missed something.

 

picasa i still dont got any click but firefox, i got 16 click till now and 2 first click i got 2 $ that mean 1 clikc = 1$ but from the 3th click, alway got 0.5$/1 click , i dont know why ?
