"Firefox" keyword requires editorial review?

Most of my keyword/campaigns get approved and get going after only a couple of hours.

But two campaigns that I've ran using the keyword "Firefox" has taken almost the full 10 days to get accepted.

just the words 'adult' and 'free' in your keyword list flags the whole order for
    manual review.

MSN's key word flagging for manual review sounds like a really good quality control step. I sometimes think that Google could do well to have a similar manual review process.
