Firefox crashing

This seems to be happening a lot lately...

I launch the browser, and then just leave the computer untouched. The next thing I know, after several minutes of the computer just sitting there, the browser suddenly crashes. I posted this question at the Mozilla forums, but no one seems to have an answer.

Is this happening to anyone else lately?

Not happened to me. Ever since I started using Firefox and Chrome a year or so ago, I've only had one, just one, crash with Mozilla Firefox.

I'm using XP too with no problems. Clear your cache. What size RAM do you have?

This is caused by either some misfit add-on you have or your system has a problem.

Same here but doesn't matter. Sometimes it crashes due to hang up or bad sites. You should try to restart your Firefox or installed a newer version of Firefox. Problem will be solved. :)
