I was getting this really nice FireFox banner: In this thread here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=10075 But clicking on it ( http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=affiliates&id=67749&t=53 ) caused Mozilla's website to open INSIDE the AdSense box! See Screen Shot attached. How can that happen? Do you get that as well?
Yep, I get it too. I'm using Firefox now. Has anyone noticed that changes to your adsense layout won't refresh in Firefox? I change the border color but they won't change in Firefox. And if I change the size, it won't change. Really frustrating! I have to view all changes to Adsense in IE when I'm working.
Try: [CTRL] + [F5] Works like [SHIFT] + [F5] in IE. Although, I use FF for Linux, so some of the shortcuts might be different for Windows (to cater for former IE users)
seems like the firefox banner was within a local file pointed to within alternate_url for google ads. as far as i remember you need to make sure that the link to getfirefox within that file should specify target="_top" to fix this issue
Yep... I already changed it to include the _top target. Strange that the AdSense JavaScript doesn't do it for you though.
