I have a problem and i think is a common one. I'm a website owner and i wish to monetize my site with adsense. The problem is that firefox add blocker stops the ads. The traffic on my site is 90% form firefox browsers and most of them have add blocker on. Does anybody know how can i solve this ? or how can i monetize the site traffic ? because for 25 000 unique visitors i only got 15 $.

Wish I knew as well. Isn't it ironic how all of these webmasters who have ads on their sites and are trying to make a buck all support Firefox? As a website owner (and without getting into the debate whether Firefox is or isn't the best) I just can't support it or use it for that matter.

I am one of those people who really don't mind ads at all... I mean, I don't click on a lot of ads as I know it costs the advertisers money, but when I do see something that interests me I will click on an ad. Some of the best sites I've come across resulted from an ad click be it Adsense or any other(s). The people who actually have ad blocker on are sometimes missing out on some great websites and offers, I think.

Everyone is different and that's what makes this world great, so if someone wants to use ad blocker I guess who are we to say different right? But, as a webmaster who is trying to compensate for the expenses of providing a service for free by displaying ads it sucks (for the lack of a better word).

By the way, does anyone else think Google is, in a way, shooting itself in the foot by promoting Firefox? Or does it just come down to the freedom of choice once again for the people who do dislike ads? It's a fine line, no? On one hand they are losing money and on the other hand they are providing a choice for everyone, which is good.

I have heard one way, how you can show your add anyway, but .. I don't know how exactly to do it !
If you want, I can contact one guy that can do it, but I bet .. it will coast some bucks to you :(
