Firefox 3 - the ultimate browser 5 x faster than IE7

IE is slow like a little s***.

 

just scrapped FF3 today, started having serisous delays in opening tabs or when i'd click a link or switch tabs it'd take 5 seconds.

Flash movies or games would randomly experience "lag" like issues.

On FF3 base install, no addons. Vista Premium 4GB ram 3ghz processor

 

Very bad place to post this theread because I have seen these "spouses" are often posted under the Microsoft forum

 

The new firefox has been terrible, constant crashes for me.
Very depressing.

 

I use FF 3 and I like it. After using FF, can't think about using IE.

 

FF3 crash like a pilot on steriods. lol This is the first time I truly enjoyed IE. it displays web pages like lego land of cuteness

 

I been using F3 for a full day now and it hasn't crashed yet.

 

ff is far the best...from many points of view...a browser to crash..come on people..it's not made by kids

 

opera is better than firefox though ... just not used as much

 

I like opera too. Only problem is once in a while some sites don't look right in it or certain advanced stuff won't work (like godaddy control panel).

 

Not that impressed with FF3 to be honest - it has a problem maintaining focus when openeing a link in a new window, AND after a seemingly random period of time it will start to slow down .......... memory leak problem perhaps?

 

Firefox is the best if you think its crap KTHKBYE.

 

I'm using Firefox 4 now. It's a lot faster with the tweaks. You can find the firefox tweaks in Google by typing "Hor to speed up forefox".
