i agree with sarah. pointless to bother yourself on this. matt has been a very good support from signup to setup to running your business. such misunderstanding between clients, he would always deal it professionally and more importantly, privately. what matters most, at the end of the day, you feel very satisfied despite your earlier problem. stroh is more of a motivator on those who are just starting up. not like we all know who rather see new hosting biz goes down the drain at an early stage.
