does ssl mean you get your own IP? If so how much are multiple domains?

 

SSL means "Secure Socket layer" This is usually refered to as the 128 bit encryption to secure your information and jumble it so it can't be deciphered easily.

Multiple domains are allowed on my plans. Hence the "unlimited domains, sub-domains, etc."

 

Yes I know what ssl is. I have always been under the impression that ssl works on a per IP basis. Meaning is x.com and y.com can both use ssl, if they are on different ip's. Is this not correct?

 

Not that I'm aware of, they can both use the same IP and still have SSL enabled for both of them.
