This is a brand new site that I worked on as one of my personal projects this past year. Talkersation is a discussion website, where people can start conversations and like or dislike certain topics that appeal to them.

How it works is that people can talk about whatever they like. Old conversations close automatically, forcing users to discuss new ones. Topics can be "bumped up" by a comment only if the comment is made by someone other than the comment author. The popularity of a conversation is determined by the total number of comments and/or the total number of likes+dislikes.

As you can tell, I put a lot of time and effort into the design of the site because I personally wanted to keep it and "make it big" myself. However, due to school, I am unable to do so, so that is why I made the decision today to try and sell it.

The main selling point is that the website is 100% functional and the design is extremely unique to the site. Every single page has been customized to integrate with the user interface of the website. All that you need to do is to get people to register and start talking.

I am selling the entire website. That is, you will get the domain, the hosting, and as well as the PSD files for the graphics. The domain name is on GoDaddy while the hosting itself is from HostGator.

As for traffic, there is none (which means no revenue from ads), since it is brand new and there is no PR rank for the domain name.
