I recently hired someone to program a credit card calculator for my website. Unfortunately that person was not upfront with their lack of design skills. So I've got a calculator that functions, but it just does not look professional. Things are cluttered and not laid out well. I need to hire someone who can turn this into something that looks good enough to post to my website. The calculator is programmed with PHP, but this project is mostly about css tweaks and minor layout changes. There shouldn't be any new programming required, buy you may need to know PHP to properly change the layout. Thanks.
