Im currently looking for a cms-of sorts that could manage parking fines and allow people to pay them online. The system would need to store a parking ticket number, car registration and amount payable. I can handle payments through a seperate system so I am really just looking for a very basic cms that could handle those pieces of information. Thanks in advance for any suggestions of a system that could do this.
