FindProducts.org - A directory for products, not sites

It's a recoded site-sift script that I started to code a few days ago.

It list product pages(A product) on shop owners sites but not the site itself. It has also a detail page where you can review the data, vote and add comments about the product. The default sorting is by lowest price(today, but I will change it later to sort by ratings instead).

Today, I have a list on many features that I'm going to implement later, but I decided to start earlier to see what kind of feedback it would get.

So my questions is, what do you think about it on the whole? Is it good as it is now? If not, what needs to be changed?

    Any comments is appreciated :)

This was an interesting category: Death Care

I don't really know what to say about your site, it's pretty generic and you need to put products into the categories, but you do have a good domain name :)

Maybe you could spice up the template a bit, design seems quite dull and makes it look like just-another-directory. So use a better professional template and I think the concept is good ;)

    Two things to try:

    1) Move the acutal products above the categories. Users need to see some prices and photos. With the categories on top, it looks like an MFA site. Maybe throw the cats into a combo?

    2) Under the logo, write a few sentence description of the site. This will get listed as the snippet in the SEs.

Design needs a little work. Interesting concept and great domain name.

    Good luck!

The domain name is nice :) The light green background kills it IMO, not suitable for such a site.
