Finding Usable Proxy Servers?

    I have been trying to find usable proxy servers, where would be the best place to look? So far i am finding plenty but don't seem to be working that well? Any suggestions?

    why not just use a webbase proxy like hmm ohh say.. www.proxyez.com .. Its the best one out there

    Or you could use the fantastic proxy on burf.com thats great
