Finding the right theme for my blog

    I've been searching around looking for the right theme for my blog about download programas and software.
    I really want to get suggestions.

    In particular I'm looking for the theme that most "make money online" blogs use (with the block for four 125x125 ads).
    Does anyone know where I can find themes like this?
    If i like the themes you suggest i can pay you some $$$
