I am in a dry spell for finding the right people for my new website management startup business. I know the disadvantages to spreading the services too wide but I've done lots of research for my strategy. My new business does website design, management, and marketing for small business in my area. I need more staffing as I am spreading myself thin with all these new clients. I have a business plan with the tasks and positions outlined but I'm having trouble filling those positions and budgeting isn't the issue. Right now I need to find a decent website marketer and SEO that can work part time on a small list of clients as well as new incoming ones. I've posted on a few sites including digitalpoint and the responders are either overqualified, not reliable, or too busy. I also need customer service agents but I plan on using my own business network to find a reliable person that I have a connection with. If you have a suggestion to a decent call center that work with startups like this let me know about your experiences. I was wondering if anyone who has experience in this industry- website design, management, and marketing has had any success or tips they would like to share about finding the right staffing for their business. I also need to find a Sales rep but I'm not worried about that right now since I have as much business as I can handle so far. Thanks in advanced for any suggestions. -Colin
