Finding the # of readers and Making money with rss?

    Is there a way to find out how many people are reading from your rss feed and is there any good ways to make a little extra with your rss feed?

    Im using wordpress by the way.

    I really dont like anything dealing with google or the adsense program. Ive had great trouble with it and so has some of my friends. is there anyother way?
