Finding the number of Likes a URL has received over a period

    I need to know if the number of Likes that a certain URL is getting is growing or lowering over time.
    It would be even better if I could see a chart.
    Is there any tool that does it?

    there are websites like facebrands which show you very detailed charts per last weeks evolution in the number of likes
