One idea would be to look over some of the popular news websites (CNN, Yahoo..etc) and make pages regarding current events that are getting lots of attention. If you can get the right niche it may grow fast and quickly. For the names, stay away from using "official" or anything like that.
Choose the niche that suits YOU best: one about which you would like to post and continue on for a good period of time. Post links, pictures, quotes, puzzles and other information related to that niche on the page. Choose an attractive name depending upon the niche.
Go with your passion or with something you already know as a content for your page, do not do things just for money or to choose a niche because is hot and in demand. Do what you like the most and take it from there. The idea is to be helpful to your audience and position yourself as the leader in your niche for years to come.
