finding the best affiliates..

    ok, I have a questions for you here..

    If i have some sites or want to build some sites in a certain niche and I want to find the best paying affiliate programs for this niche, how do I find them, where would you look for them..?

    I suggest you take a look at CJ. they have a LOT of advertisers and you wll probably find your best payouts there. If you dont find it there, maybe take a look at LinkShare

    If you are looking for information products to go with them.

    Clickbank are good for that.

    CJ would be anything product wise, Clickbank would be anything information product wise.

    There is also clixgalore but I havent used them before so can't comment on them sorry.

    Shareasale has a lot of niche specific (smaller) type of affiliates as well.

    With CJ, does content of the page dictate the ads shown like Adsense or do you have to place types of ads you want manually?

    Do a search at the more popular affiliate networks, as well as doing googling "product name affiliate program" or something similar.

    With CJ, SAS and other affiliate networks you pick the best ad for the best page - or you can use text link ads.

    The BIG difference though is if you take the extra time to do the targeting and pick good merchants you can make A LOT more than you can with AdSense IF the program pays and converts well. You could make 5 cents a click with Adsense for a product VS getting a $50 commission per sale on CJ.
