    PPC Adword campaign would be great platform to get SEO clients, but you have to allot tons of money for that kind of promotion. You can also try registering an account in freelancer sites like getafreelancer.com and post your services there. Posting in classified ad sites is a also an effective method to get customers.

    for me the easiest way to find an seo client is to create you own portfolio and then promote it.
