finding relevant keywords with AdWords

Hello everyone, my problem is quite simple and straighforward. I want
to develop a small web application based on Google API that allow users
to search over the Internet. Additionally this application must return
a set of relevant keywords for their search operations. Something like
    this:
    http://www.webrankinfo.com/english/tools/google-suggest.php
I know this is possible with the Google AdWord API. I am new to AdWord,
and it seems that in order to use it I have to subscribe giving many
details about my site because of the adverts etc.. which I don't want
to deal with it at all, as I am not interested in advertising.
I would like to have some useful information and help regarding this
    issue.
    Many thanks in advance
    K
    :)

you want to create a web tool that plugs into the API without having access to the API?

I think I have been a bit confusing. I'll explain in a clearer way what I am doing: I have developed this search application which uses Google API to retrieve and display results. I would like to add to this application an additional feature, which is display a set of keywords which may be relevant to the search. I had a look at the ADWords API (which I never used) and I found out that it supports this functionality. I know that this API is commercial based. I don't know, I just want ask if this "relevant keyword" functionality is possible to implement with AdWords and, if so, if it's possible to not get involved in any "commercial" stuff, as i am just doing a small non-commercial application, but that's a secondary issue.
    thanks for the support

If you want to use adwords you have to have an account...you can have an account and not spend any money, I think you will have to give them a CC # though...

I know that you can open an AdWords account for free, and so long as you don't activate it, it remains free. I believe that this would give you access to the full suite of AdWords tools, but I don't think there's any way around providing your personal information to open the account. If this is the issue, there's a free program called 'Good Keywords' that provides lists of related keywords (based on a main keyword you provide) - this program may provide a solution for you. :)
