Finding out websites linked to my site

I've been working hard linking good websites to my site, but they don't show up on my Google webmaster account. The reason for this is not lack of space. It appears that Google has not discovered these links or something like that. How can I accurately find out the websites that are linked to my site. Is there a tool out there I can use for this? Thanks for helping.

If Google isn't displaying them then they're probably such awful sites that it doesn't index them anymore.

If you want to truly know you have to make a list of those sites you have submitted to (directories, link exchanges, articles etc) and then run your own spider (Xenu) through to see if the links still exist.

    Use yahoo site explorer.. siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com

A lot of backlinks don't show up in Google or Yahoo but still count as backlinks

Google says in the webmaster account that this is not an entire list of all links...On the left hand side Under "Help WIth" you can click on links to my site and you will find this sentence:

"Not all links to your site may be listed. This is normal."

I would advice you to download mozilla firefox, which has an addon called seo-quake. This add-on gives you the complete details of the site you are viewing in that particular window with out-going links, internal links, pagerank and all the links which are related to the site. I get a perfect number of backlink report in Seo-quake.

Even then SEO-Quake must be pulling data from somewhere. So there is still the possibility that links may be missed for a variety of reasons.

Once you get your backlink page by searching (keyword site:domainname.com), your back link is available in google. Google won't show all backlinks in webmaster tool. Try "youdomainname.com" in google. it will return some backlinks
