Finding out exactly which search terms were used

Is there any report on Google which shows which exact search terms were used on my broad matches so I can see if theres any terms which have been used which I'd want to put in as negative terms?

Think I found it -
Search Query Performance report

 

However - it brings up 'other unique queries' instead of telling me the exact search query alot of the times......
anyone know if theres a way to overcome that and find out what the exact search term is?

The best source is your log files for these.

 

Log files won't show you queries that triggered your ad but were not clicked on.
