I do a lot of keyword research and it can be pretty time consuming. Over the years I have honed my skills and now find I have more niches then I can build sites for. This gave me an idea. I'm thinking of providing a service for other webmasters. I would provide a report on pre-researched niches. These niche keywords would have low competition, high search phrases. I would provide several key metrics including searches, competition for sites competing for that phrase, how well optimised the competition is, how likely people are to buy, the ad costs. If you could buy a report with all the work already done would you and how much would you pay?
If you really like the research side, I wouldn't mind getting your help if you don't mind tailoring the service a little bit for me. For example, I need ecommerce / products that might sell well. Shoot me a PM if you think this is something you could do.
