   I notice that only a fraction of my linbound inks show up in webmaster tools at any given time. Is this a sample showing, or does google discard older links and not scan new ones?

   It dosn't show you all of them just a fraction of them will show up.
   
   To see most of them you need to use a better backlink cheaker program.
