no one knows what exactly the google rules is for clearing pagerank . . . some domains retain it some dont . . . usually if you park it after you buy it, it disappears pretty quickly . . . at the very least make sure the backlinks are pretty stable
Our site Findeteer allows you to find expired or about to be expired domains and verify to the minute, pagerank. Be careful though, when you find one parkit quick, on a SEO compatible parking system (Domain Parking) If you don't park it, put something on it ASAP and hopefully in the down time google has not found it blank or on a parking system that does not hold pagerank. Very few people fake the pagerank on domains pr4 or lower so almost any pr3 is real. The time is critical with a pageranked domain. If google sees it when there are no links pointing at it you can have problems too. Some of this may have already happened before you bought it and there is no way to know this or if google has seen it in one light or another at any certain time. Best advice is buy it, park it, but do it quick...
Hiya all, So buying a pr5,6 or 7 would make a big enough difference to a new site? Any stats, numbers etc. I have about 200 visitors a day on my new site 1 month old so what rapid improvement would a high pr backlink make to me? Just asking. Cheers
I was just informed Yahoo and MSN are now using google sitemaps for their spiders as well. Could boost all FSE rankings.
yes all of you try www.odditysoftware.com is great I recently back ordered a domain via it and captured it sucessfully
