    There are a few dofollow search engines that allow you to find relevant blogs based on the keywords you enter. Some are not perfect but it's possible to get some great links. Just google dofollow blog search engine

    1- Install seoquake firefox plugin
    2- Go to google.com
    3- type "keyword" "leave a reply" / "Post a comment" / "add new comment"

    select suitable result. Hope this will work.

    Use google search with proper quire site: "keywor" and go to blogs there you may find some good blogs.

    Yeah I myself have been searching for a technique. but I guess if yous earch something like intext:"powered by wordpress" the results will be do follow links mostly! :)

    There is no particular methods to find dofollow blogs for comment on. You should search in google with footprints like -your keyword"commentluv enabled"-. You should find blogs which are commentluv enabled. At least 70% of them are dofollow. That is what I can tell you about searching dofollow blogs or you can subscribe to software like "Scrapbox" or "Seo Spyglass". They can give you better results. :)
