Finding a Polish twitter user

    There's a twitter account I'd like to buy (yep, I know I shouldn't be buying them)

    The owner made one lonely tweet back in 2009 and linked his account to his website.
    • I've since bought the domain (dropped years ago) hoping that his recovery email for twitter would be using that domain but no...
    • I've checked archive.org for personal information or info that would like him to any other social media but nothing...
    • I've bought the whois history of the domain hoping for infomation but privacy was turned on the hosting companies haven't kept records of past ownership
    • I've searched for backlinks but nothing
    • I've gone through his followers and follows looking for someone who might be a personal contact but they're all high profile accounts.
    What other tricks are there for nutting out who the guy might be?
