Finding a Lead buyer partner or sell to a network?

    Hey guys, this is not a solicitation but a serious question, not really sure on what direction to go in.

    Currently my website gets very good registrations in the business industry. Many of these people started asking for loans so i added it to my registration form.... Some of the leads seem like they have good credit scores and have been in biz 5+ years and some of the leads im sure are useless to a lender.


    Here is my question:

    How do i identify what questions need to be asked in order to ensure these are QUALIFIED leads?

    What do i do with the crappier leads? Sell to guys that do business lines of credit for startups and such?
    What do i do with the solid leads? Im almost thinking of calling up these people and doing a live transfer with a lender to ensure getting top dollar.


    I ask these people a ton about their business its a real pain in the a** my registration for but thats because i need quality myself. I am not a lead gen business but it is starting to make more sense to make this an additional revenue stream.


    Again i would appreciate any help for people that have understand in how loan leads work, how do i figure what they are worth as well? Basically i could give someone probably about 20 leads per day of people that will pick the phone up and say yes i want a business loan... not all may be qualified but some may....


    Should i just sell this to lead buying network through a POST method? Id rather compile these daily myself and just email them to a partner or something......
