    I know in the world or US,cPanel is the popular and best ,however in my local
    DA is the famous :p however I am looking of a cPanel VPS license too,if you is $12<= please PM to me thanks

    13$ is the cheapest right now for cpanel. (external)

    DA can NOT be sold (as per their terms) as a sole license. It needs to be included either with a VPS or Dedicated server.

    You can get cPanel license from distributors such as instantcpanellicense.com using a specific coupon code like vps13.

    For DA, why dont you apply for reseller or distributor (idk what is the right words). If you are selling dedicated server and vps they will accept you.
