Finders fee vs commissions on legal agreement

    I need to sign a dealer agreement and the wording reads to be paid a finders fee we thing it should be commission instead. Is there any legal issues with one or the other?

    There are always legal issues. Hire a lawyer and don't mess around with this. You'll find out later just how much you "saved" by messing around.
