If you have search engine friendly website navigation, Yahoo should be able to find the rest of your pages. I would think there is some kind of problem that is preventing the Yahoo bot from crawling your site. Try submitting your sitemap to Yahoo site explorer. They should tell you if there are any crawling/indexing issues.

If there are no problems, just keep working at getting more quality back links.

I feel that Yahoo has strange behavior because i have seen that it takes no time to index some sites while more times to few. So don't worry It wud index ur site with time.

As above said use Yahoo site Explorer to Solve ur problem. And if possible try to get some backlinks from forums i am sure it wud help you. Because Yahoo and MSN give priority to backlinks from High ranking sites.

Create a Google XML Sitemap and submit it to Google via Webmaster Tools.

Then submit your Google xml Sitemap.xml via yahoo's site explorer at https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit but create and use the new Site Explorer.

Also found a new link to use for Yahoo: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/new/submit

Then submit it to MSN/Live at http://webmaster.live.com/

You then should Ping them via:

    h ttp://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/ping?sitemap=http://www.your-site.com
    h ttp://webmaster.live.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=http://www.your-site.com
