    The answer is 5 cm, but I beat you to it! It's a 3:4:5 triangle - possibly the easiest triangle in the world to work with.

    hey guys, it's probably easy for us (graduate, undergrate, college student) to find answer, but man, can u imagine those poor 7 grade student?

    It's not easy for everyone man, and this kid kind of daring, i would say.

    currently I'm just in between manager and programmer... Half of the day I'm doing coding and half of the day I'm making other people to work hard. :)

    I just can Find the X which is in this image by The Pythagorean theorem.
    This Means that : (4)*(4)+(3)*(3)=(x)*(x) and the result will be; 16+9=25
    So (x)*(x)=25 At the end: x=5 ....
    Am I genius....:D
    The Others I'll leave it to Einstein ......LOL

    Perhaps the student was cocky enough not to answer in a boring (correct) way. Instead he/she focused on the more challenging tasks. You know, perhaps that's what happened...
